What you choose to provide

The consultation flow asks for your name, work email, organization, areas of interest, project goals, and optional budget and timing. Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive employee records, patient information, or other confidential material.

Drafts on your device

Your form stays in memory while you use it. If you select "Save draft," a copy is stored in this browser's local storage so you can return to it. Saved drafts expire after seven days. You can remove the draft with the form's clear-draft control or your browser settings.

Sending a request

In an unconnected preview, creating a brief does not send it to ZERONE. You can copy or download the brief. When a consultation endpoint is configured, the final action clearly says "Send consultation request" and transmits the information to that endpoint. A delivery error does not count as a successful submission.

Cookies and analytics

This frontend does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Fonts and decorative visuals are served locally or generated in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs under the hosting provider's policies.

Your choices

Provide only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Clear any saved draft on shared devices. For questions or a request concerning information already sent, start a conversation and identify the request without sharing unnecessary sensitive data.
